Richard Morgan Fliehr AKA Ric Flair was born on the 25th of February in the year 1949. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee but he spent most of his childhood era in Edina, Minnesota when his entire family moved from Tennessee. The young boy was adopted by a couple named DR. Richard Reid Fliehr and Kathleen Kinsmiller Fliehr.
Some believe that his birth name was Fred Philip, however, in other documents he is named as Fred Demaree or Steward as well.
While he was at High School at Wayland Academy, Ric participated in different interscholastic wrestling, track, and football. He, later on, attended the University of Minnesota after graduating from High School.
