The famous singer Demi Lovato herself confirmed that she has been dating the actor, singer and former soap star Max Ehrich. So during a very candid conversation with host Ellen DeGeneres, Demi Lovato straight up told that she was single by saying,
“I was on dating apps for a while, but as I’ve spent some time with myself over the past couple of months, I realized that I am the type of person that will find any way to regulate when I’m sad or lonely or whatever.”
“I have to fight those battles on my own, and I can’t let somebody come in and fix those issues for me. So right now I’m single and spending my Saturday nights by myself.” She added during an episode of the Ellen Show.
Late March 2020:
Later that month, fans of both noticed some subtle flirting between the pair on their social media profiles when the ‘somebody else’ singer posted this video of himself singing Coldplay’s ‘Yellow’ and captioned the video ‘4D <3’. Wow right!
A source told the US magazine that the two are ‘off to a strong start’ just after they met a few weeks ago but the things were still kinda vague.
March 28, 2020:
The love birds made their first on-screen appearance together when the ‘sorry not sorry’ singer accidentally popped up in Max’s Instagram live while he was playing on the piano and he seemed to mouth the words ‘I’m live’. The social media flirting continued as beau Max commented on a photograph of Demi in her red swimsuit with a heart- eyes emoji.
May 8th, 2020:
The celebrity couple finally made their relationship ‘public’ official when they both appeared in Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber’s music video for the song ‘Stuck With U” and shares short clips on their Instagram.
Demi wrote, “Happy to be a part of something so special right now. Like really, REALLY happy if you can’t tell…”
While Max also posted by writing, “My whole heart’.
April 16th, 2020:
In mid-April, the rumors began that Max Ehrich was going to purpose to Demi, despite the fact that they have been together for only a couple of months. A close source told US Weekly that, “Max plans to purpose to Demi after this whole pandemic is resolved and their families wouldn’t be surprised by the proposal.”
The source added that “The quarantine has been really great for Demi, and she and Max have gotten really close. She’s doing a great job at staying sober, healthy, and taking care of herself.”

July 23rd, 2020:
SOOOO this is the day that melted all of our hearts! The day Max Ehrich proposed to ‘everything he could ever dream of’. Their whirlwind relationship reached engagement status after four months of dating.

August 8th, 2020:
Just after two weeks of getting engaged, the love birds celebrated their 5 months anniversary together in Malibu at Nobu, California. “Falling more and more in love every day with your honey.” Demi captioned her anniversary post on Instagram.
20th August 2020:
The ‘’Sober’ singer just turned 28 and we love the birthday tribute by her fiancé on his Instagram profile. Max Ehrich shared a heartfelt note for his love by writing,
“Words fall short baby. You light up this world & I am the luckiest man alive to call you my fiancé. I feel falling more in love with you & your pure heart &soul every moment.” Can’t wait to make endless memories with u & cherish you with all my heart.
