Spur’s season ended up by Grizzlies, advance to face Warriors

100-96 on Wednesday night in the first Western Conference play-in game. Memphis went ahead to stay as Dillon Brooks scored eight of his 24 points in the fourth quarter and San Antonio Spurs eliminated the Grizzlies. Game was the young Memphis fired up and yet they are nowhere near satisfied. Memphis Grizzlies finally have a play-in victory to their credit.

On Saturday 22 May Grizzlies will play against the Warriors.

 The previous season ended up with a loss to Portland in the NBA’s first play-in game now Memphis is strenuous to snap a skid of three successive seasons without a spot in the postseason. 

Grizzlies center Jonas Valcinuas said,  “Really important. The same importance as tonight. It’s going to do or die. That’s how we build our confidence. That’s how we build our experience.” he added, “We still have one more in front of us,”.

Valanciunas has 23 points and a season-high 23 rebounds, Six assists, and 20 points were scored by Morant, 10 points are also scored by Jaren Jackson Jr. for Memphis. As Spurs have lost their fifth straight but Rudy Gay and DeMar DeRozan each scored 20 points and other players also played well but were unlucky.
