The Bollywood Actor Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for the deadly coronavirus on the 11th of July. Finally after 29 days in the hospital, under treatment for coronavirus, the star has been tested negative today.
The actor shared this news himself on his twitter account as he wrote,
A promise is a promise!
This afternoon I tested Covid-19 NEGATIVE!!! I told you guys I’d beat this. 💪🏽 thank you all for your prayers for me and my family. After being tested negative for the novel virus, Abhishek shared a post on the Instagram profile of his care board from the Nanavati Hospital with a discharge plan that said YES!

“I TOLD YOU!!! Discharge Plan: YES!!! This afternoon I tested COVID-19 NEGATIVE. Thank you for all your prayers and wishes. I’m so happy to be able to go home. #believe. My eternal gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff at Nanavati hospital for taking such good care of me and my family and helping us beat Covid-19. We couldn’t have done it without them.”
He shared his father’s discharge from the hospital:
Bollywood Megastar, Amitabh Bachchan was discharged from the hospital on August 2nd, after being tested negative for the illness. Abhishek himself shared the big news by tweeting about it.

The Bachchan family was all tested positive on July 11th and was admitted to the hospital with a gentle case. However, his wife, Actress Ashwariya Rai and their daughter have also tested negative for Covid-19 and have been relieved from the hospital.
